Exploration and Insight
We support you in noticing patterns in how you respond to stress and identifying coping habits that may not serve you, helping you gradually replace them with healthier, more effective strategies.
Skill Building
We introduce gentle, practical strategies—such as relaxation exercises, deep breathing, mindfulness, and planned self-care—to help strengthen your resilience.
Building Self Confidence
As you start to feel more in control of your stress, we support you in rebuilding confidence in your ability to face challenges with calm and effectiveness.
Monitoring Progress
We regularly check in on your symptom progress, how well medications are working, and your stress management skills, making thoughtful adjustments as needed to support continued success.
